How long are subscriptions for Premium Plans?

The minimum period for the purchase of Premium Plans is one year. When buying for longer periods, you also save time and money. You can save up to hundreds of dollars by purchasing a plan for multiple years. You also do not have to upgrade your Premium Plan manually every year.

Why would I want my own domain?

Your website’s address will appear more professional because you will then have a web address that does not contain TegKo such as mywebsite.com. By choosing a clear and easy-to-remember domain name, you will also help your customers remember your website and make it easier to visit.

Will I get my free domain automatically?

Yes, you will get one–year registration of a domain for free with Business Plan. After the successful payment of the plan, you will receive an informational email with a voucher code which you will use to easily register your domain. The voucher is valid for 45 days from the completion of your order.

Can I create my own email address?

Yes. With activate Business Plan and your own domain, you can create your own email address such as email@mywebsite.com.

Do you offer automatic renewal of services?

Yes. When paying by PayPal or credit card, you can choose automatic renewal and your plan will be renewed automatically each year using the payment information you entered during your original order. You will be notified by email before the automatic payment is made. The renewal can be deactivated in the administration of your project at any time.

Is it possible to cancel a domain registration?

No. After the completion of your purchase you become the owner of the domain name and it is not possible to cancel the registration.

Can I run my website for free?

Yes. TegKo allows you to create and run a website for free. Each free website includes reliable hosting, professional customer care and an unlimited number of pages for your website.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! You can try a Premium Plan worry-free. If you find that the services don’t suit your needs within the first 15 days after your first order, we will refund 100% of your money.

What domain will I get and for how long?

With the purchase of Business Plan, you can choose a domain from our domain pricelist. Domain registration will be for one year.

What happens if I already have a domain with a different registrar?

With a Premium Plan, you can run your website on a domain purchased with another registrar. After your payment is received, you will be sent a voucher for a free one-year domain registration. You can use the voucher to register a domain, to transfer your existing domain to TegKo or to attach your existing domain using DNS records.

What if I would like a refund?

When you order a Premium Plan for the first time, you have a 15-day money-back guarantee period, no questions asked. Refunds are not possible for any renewal or for an order paid with a voucher.
